Insight Business Solutions was founded by Alison Marsh in 2016. It is her passion and drive that makes Insight different because she aims to create lasting partnerships with her clients, relishing in their success. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1998 Alison has built her portfolio by gaining over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting whilst working for a number of well-established corporations.
It was during Alison’s previous position as a Financial Director that she realised the impact she could have on smaller business if she were to venture out on her own. It was with that vision that Insight Business Solutions was born. Since founding her company Alison and her incredible team have been able to achieve what they set out to do and help a multitude of businesses grow financially under her support and guidance.
‘Queen of Quick Books’ Tracy is our Accountant and has over 25 years of industry experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the business.
Fun Fact: Tracey’s been an avid BWFC season ticket holder for 33+ years!
Sam is joining the team as our graduate Accountant after receiving a first class honours degree from the University Of Salford, bringing a new dynamic to the team.
Fun Fact: Sam is a very keen snooker player and in his spare time you will often find him playing snooker with his Dad.
Matt is our Office Executive and although based at our Bolton office he manages to keep both sites organised and is a key team player.
Fun Fact: Matthew is a massive fan of McLaren F1 team and Bolton Wanderers and will often be seen watching them both.
Sharika is our go to person for Business Development and Client Management at Insight Business Solution.
Fun Fact: In lockdown I raised a newborn lamb named Mickey,
he is now 3 years old and lives in the field behind our garden and loves
cuddles!
Georgina is our Assistant Accountant she is studying for her AAT and is the Princess of Self Assessments.
Fun Fact: Georgina just loves Christmas no matter what month of the year she’ll already have your Christmas present bought!
